The Leaders Guide to Agility and Collaboration

Leaders face complexity that demands agility and collaboration

Experience Strategic Doing - a new methodology of strategy development and implementation for today’s networked institutions.

The course informs your ability to think horizontally in networks and you’ll gain insights moving to implementation quickly. You’ll understand what strategic conversations are and how they can be guided. You’ll also learn how strategies can be designed, tested, and adjusted rather than just sit on the page of a strategic plan gathering dust.

If you lead strategy and implementation this course can add to your skills.

Areas discussed:

  1. New ways of thinking: Understanding how both market value and social value are being created in open, loosely-joined networks.
  2. New ways of behaving: Using Strategic Doing can change how your teams create pathways to outcomes.
  3. New ways of Doing: This proven methodology opens the team to new ways of holding each other accountable and assuring forward progress.

During the 90-minute session you will experience some Strategic Doing tools that you can start with immediately.

An electronic copy of Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership is included in the registration cost and will be sent to you after registering.

This session is provided by the UNA Agile Strategy Lab.
